Died of wounds sustained in Palestine on Sunday 22nd April 1917.
Private Wicks was the son of George Wicks; husband of Beatrice May Wicks, of 9 Town Street, Old Brandon, Suffolk. He was born in Ickworth, Norfolk, and enlisted at Norwich, Norfolk. Remembered with honour at GAZA WAR CEMETERY, Israel. |
