Corporal John William Wise, 1st Life Guards, died aged 27, on Friday 30th October 1914.

Corporal Wise was the son of Elizabeth Wise of 7 High Street, BRANDON, and the late William Wise.

Remembered with honour at Ypres (menin Gate) Memorial, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, BELGIUM.
